Transparent by design
Every result is labeled as an official status, community report or estimate. These categories are not interchangeable.
Anonymous community reports
A visitor chooses a listed bank, deposit type, U.S. time zone and “received” or “still waiting.” We do not ask for a name, employer, salary, bank credentials, account number, routing number or Social Security number. A privacy-preserving device token and one-way network hash reduce repeat submissions. One current response per device, bank and reporting day is counted.
Minimum sample and confidence
Percentages remain hidden until at least five eligible U.S. reports exist for that bank on the current reporting day. Small samples are described as early signals. Reports describe visitors to this site and are not a representative survey of every customer.
Official service information
Supported provider-operated status feeds are checked automatically and cached briefly. The label links to the original provider page. When a source cannot be reached, the site says “official status unavailable” instead of assuming the service is operational.
Payday estimates
The calculator uses the selected bank's reviewed early-pay policy, business days and published Federal Reserve holidays. It gives a date window, not an exact promise. Payer submission timing and account eligibility remain outside our view.
Corrections
Policy summaries link to primary sources and show a review date. Material corrections can be sent to hello@didmypayhit.com.
