YOUR PAYDAY DESK

Choose what you need to check

Is my direct deposit actually late?

Compare the official payday with what you know from your bank and payer.

Use the date your employer or payer gave you, not an optional early-pay date.

Answers stay on this page. The late check is not saved.

A CLEARER ANSWER

What a check-in can and cannot tell you

01

Start with the scheduled payday

Optional early access depends on when the payer sends the file and on your bank's policy. A missing early deposit is not automatically a late paycheck.

02

Ask the sender first

If the scheduled date has passed, ask payroll or the benefit payer whether the payment was sent, returned, or set for a later effective date.

03

Contact your bank securely

If the sender confirms it was sent, request the effective date and ACH trace number. Give those details to your bank through an official channel.

QUICK ANSWERS

Direct deposit questions

Can this site see my pending deposit?

No. This payday desk does not connect to a bank, payroll system, or ACH network. Only your bank and the sender can check account-specific information.

Does a bank holiday mean everyone gets paid late?

No. A payer may submit payroll earlier, and some banks offer early access. The banking-day tool shows a standard calendar, not a prediction for a specific account.

When should I ask for an ACH trace number?

When the scheduled payday has passed and the sender confirms the payment was sent, ask the sender for the effective date and trace number. Share it only with your bank securely.
